Product Overview

The overhead passenger device (commonly known as the monkey car) is a new type of transportation equipment for personnel in cableways, inclined tunnels or level tunnels. It mainly consists of a driving part, a passenger part, a rope supporting part, a tail wheel part, a tensioning part, and an electrical control system. The running speed of the monkey car and cableway traction steel wire rope is about 0.8-3.5m/s. Ohmic open and close detection sensors are mainly used to detect defects (broken wires, wear, rust, etc.) in the traction steel wire rope of monkey cars in cableways and mines.

Capable of real-time online detection of defection of defects such as broken wires, rust, deformation, loose strands, wire jumping, and material changes in the monkey car steel wire rope.

◆ It can automatically detect the ratio of outer diameter wear of the steel wire rope in real-time, accurately determine the number of broken wires in the steel wire rope, and promptly   alert the safety hazards of the steel wire rope.   This display system is capable of real-time detection of damage images of various parts of the steel wire rope,simultaneous analysis of the damage information of the steel wire rope,and display of the real-time defect detection information and results of the stell wire rope. Real time statistics and backup of the flaw detection display images of the steel wire rope, andtimely reporting. The test result report can meet the standards of different industries while displaying the number of broken wire roots and the ratio of cross-section to total cross-sectional area.

◆ The detection sensor and post-processing system have strong anti-interference ability (such as electromagnetic noise interference from other magnetic sources such as mobile phones, cars, aircraft, and elevators), and can adapt to precise detection of large shaking ropes, with high signal-to-noise ratio of signal output. The detection sensor adopts a copper, aluminum, and stainless steel shell, which has waterproof, dustproof, and moisture-proof functions. The sensor has a circular structure, circumferential wrapping, axial magnetization, and instantly magnetizes the steel wire rope to a saturated state.

◆ Utilizing computer Ethernet interface or fiber optic transmission for direct sampling, processing and analysis, with online sound and light alarm and real-time display of results function. Networked monitoring and control, suitable for remote monitoring. The advantages include stable work, reliable performance, high monitoring accuracy, strong anti-interference,and accurate data.
