Portable wire rope detector (wireless)

【System Composition】

This model portable wire rope detector consists of a probe (including a metering device, probe shoe, wear-resistant sleeve), signal cable, wireless transmitter, wireless receiver, power cord, detection instrument box and detection software. Its basic composition and wiring diagram are shown in the following figure. Since each connector has a foolproof design, there is no problem of connecting the wrong wires. Therefore, no detailed explanations for each port are provided. Before wiring, simply connect according to the connector form.

【Detector Probe and Operating Instructions】

The detector probe is shown in the following picture. This model of detector is compatible with various different specifications of probe boots and wear-resistant sleeves. You can select and replace the corresponding probe boots and wear-resistant sleeves according to the diameter of the steel wire rope to be tested, and then wrap the probe around the corresponding diameter-sized steel wire rope to be tested.
