Product Introduction

The ZSX127D (A) X-ray inspection device for mining steel wire rope core conveyor belt is mainly used to detect the damage and joint status of the internal steel wire rope of the steel wire rope core conveyor belt. It is the latest generation of technical product developed and produced by Jining Kanghua Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd.

Technical Principles

Using the principle of X-ray perspective, X-rays are generated through the X-ray transmitter to penetrate the tested belt. The X-ray receiver receives the X-rays emitted by the X-ray transmitter and converts them into data signals through an AD converter. Then, the data is transmitted to the X-ray transmission box through a data cable. The transmission box compresses and modulates the transmitted data into optical signals, which are then transmitted to the ground light conversion module through optical fibers. The detected belt data is stored on the upper computer for real-time detection and safety assessment.
