Product features

This image recognition device is an intrinsically safe mining equipment, which is a new type of recognition device based on machine vision and Al image processing algorithms. Compared with traditional coal drop tear detection recognition devices (whether relying on gravity or flow principle), the image vision recognition device can recognize more belt tear states. The machine vision recognition device not only recognizes all states, but also responds quickly, which is a major advantage. The front-end processing algorithm integrated in this recognition device can directly output results after detecting tears, control belt shutdown, and achieve belt tear protection.
