Equipment Standard Function Description

(1) Capable of high-speed, online, quantitative detection and precise positioning of steel rope core breakage, rust, joint pulling, and belt surface damage in conveyor belts.

(2) After the detection part is in place under manual intervention, start the system to automatically collect images of the full length tape and store them. The stored image file can be played back at any time at a fast, medium, or slow speed as desired. During the playback process, if necessary, joint images can be automatically collected in frames or manually collected in an orderly manner. At the same time as collecting joint images, collect fault images in frames.

(3) Damage point images and joint images can be queried, compared, and accurately analyzed and judged through data analysis tools in the software based on information such as date, joint number, and position.

(4) The system automatically collects belt images using the "graph method". When there are defects inside the belt, they can be directly marked on the image, and detection data, video images, and report printing can be generated.

(5) The system data can be transmitted over long distances and can enter the user's local area network for data sharing.

(6) Transmission of detection images: The monitoring device is configured to perform data transmission function at the distribution point of the underground belt conveyor head or the Hesmann ring network switch in the underground substation, and transmit data from the detection location to the ground office without a relay using optical fiber.

(7) The industrial control computer is installed with background monitoring software, which is installed in the surface control room of the well. It mainly completes the control, reception, processing, display, and storage of underground data collection. And provide long-term monitoring software upgrade services free of charge.
