Successful Convening of the Establishment Conference of Jining Intellectual Property Service Industry-University Integration Community

  On August 12, the establishment conference of Jining Intellectual Property Service Industry-University Integration Community was grandly held in Conference Room 718 of

the Administrative Building of Shandong Polytechnic Vocational College.

  This conference was presided over by Zhou Hongqiang, member of the Party Committee and vice president of Shandong Polytechnic Vocational College.

Guo Dong, vice president of Jining University, emphasized in his speech

that the intellectual property service work is receiving increasing attention from the country. He pointed out that science and technology are the primary productive forces, and the continuous development and progress of science

and technology are important supports for national prosperity, while intellectual property services play a key role in promoting scientific and technological development and protecting innovative achievements.

Liu Guozhu, member of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director of Jining Market Supervision Bureau, stated in his speech that intellectual

property is the core driving force for enterprise development, and

promoting the integration of industry, education, research and application

is an important way to inject new impetus into enterprise development.

He proposed that we should focus on collaborative innovation, continuously broaden talent training channels, and make every effort to promote the

coordinated development of industry, education, research and application

to better help enterprises grow and industry progress.    Yin Shanwen, chief of the Vocational Education Section of Jining Education Bureau,

mentioned in his speech that Jining is one of the talent pilot units in Shandong

Province, and the development of the intellectual property service industry will lay a

solid foundation and provide strong support for Jining to achieve the goal of "1 trillion and 5 doublings".

During the conference, a signing ceremony, an unveiling ceremony and an awarding

ceremony were held successively. The executive director and general manager of

Jining Kanghua Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. received the plaque of the

vice-chairman unit.
